HOULTON, Maine — Work to replace Pearce Brook Bridge in Houlton will begin Tuesday, May 26, according to the Maine Department of Transportation.
The bridge carries Green Street over Pearce Brook between Court and Chandler streets, MDOT public information officer Paul Merrill said.
As part of construction work, Green Street will be closed to traffic from May 26 to Nov. 13.
The contractor is Northeast Paving of Hampden.
DOT said it expects the bridge project to be completed in June 2021.
