Caribou Criminal Docket, May 2020

CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse in May.

 Ashley Lopez, 30, Caribou: probation violation, 7 months in jail, probation partially revoked; probation continued. 

Kimberly R. Cullinan, 51, Limestone: stealing drugs, dismissed. 

Chad Caverhill 26, Caribou: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation revoked. 

Pamela Gervais, 56, Caswell: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all suspended, 2 years probation. 

Kjersti A. Gustafson, 38, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), 15 days in jail, $400 fine (each); refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusal to stop, 15 days in jail; failing to register vehicle, 15 days in jail. 

Eric Howes, 34, Blaine:  unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 6 months in jail, $500 fine; unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug (two counts), 2 years in prison (each).

Matthew B. Guzman, 29, Caribou: probation violation, 161 days in jail, all suspended, 2 years probation. 

Robert W. Dobbins, Jr., 25, Caribou: burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), 364 days in prison (each); violating condition of release, 6 months in jail, burglary 6 years in prison, all but 24 months suspended, 2 years probation, $575 restitution. 

Adrian Covington, 38, Bronx, New York: aggravated attempted murder (2 counts), dismissed (each). 

Courtney Chamberland, 31, St. Agatha: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs. 

Arlyn Bagge, 47, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine. 

Matthew B. Guzman, 29, Caribou: escape, 14 days in jail. 

Arlyn Bagge, 47, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, 48 hours in jail, $300 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.
