PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Bryan Thompson, chief executive officer at Thompson Financial Group, has announced the promotion of Shannon Amnott to investment operations manager.
Amnott joined the agency in May 2014, while a student at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in leadership and a minor in project management. Most recently she has worked as a client services representative.
She is responsible for opening new accounts as well as servicing and maintaining clients’ needs. Amnott will oversee the investment teams in the company’s Bangor and Presque Isle offices.
“Shannon has been an integral part of our team for the past six years. We have grown a great deal during her time here and she has always adapted and thrived no matter the circumstances,” Thompson said.
“She plays a key role on our team and we value her leadership. We look forward to watching Shannon and her team grow,” he said.
Amnott resides in Mars Hill with her husband Matt. Together they enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends.
