HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department recently changed its software system for cataloging incidents that officers respond to. Because of this change, the department was not able to provide its regular police reports to the newspaper starting in mid-May.
Since that time the department has discovered a way to resume its reporting of police cases and the newspaper will resume its regularly published articles.
