SHERMAN, Maine — Mary Cray, CIC, Northern Penobscot district manager for F.A. Peabody Insurance is pleased to announce the promotion of Jaylene Landry, ACSR, CISR, to commercial lines service agent. Landry started working as a personal lines service agent in June, 2014, and subsequently earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.
She lives in Patten with her husband, Brenden, and children, Bradley, Andrew, and Trinity.
Landry says, “I look forward to providing customer support and services to our commercial clients.”
Cray states, “Jaylene has worked in the personal lines for seven years and takes pride in providing great customer service. I am excited to see her taking on a new challenge and learning the commercial aspect of insurance and continuing to provide great customer service!”
