HOULTON, Maine — Houlton Middle-High School Principal Tim Tweedie has announced the following students have been lauded for their accomplishments in the classroom for the month of September.
Named as Students of the Month were: Hope Nickerson, eight grade, granddaughter of Julie Clark and daughter of Chelsea Putnam; Samantha Romanelli, seventh grade, daughter of Jamieson and Sharon Romanelli; and Beckett Peabody, sixth grade, son of Andrew and Cheryl Peabody.
For senior high, Ella McCarthy, daughter of Stewart and Jamie McCarthy, received the award for “Good Citizenship.”
