The employees at Porvair Filtration Group in Caribou recently “paid it forward” to help make the holidays brighter for older people and those with disabilities in their community.
They pitched in by donating their frozen turkeys and lots of other goodies to the Aroostook Agency on Aging who matched the meals with those who could use them. From left are AAA’s Home Care and Nutrition Services Director Chris Beaulieu, Nutrition Services and Volunteer Coordinator Linda Lease and her son Michael, Porvair’s Caribou Division General Manager Gabe Knight and Jami Blair, the manufacturer’s final assembly lead, who assisted with the food collection.
