HODGDON, Maine — A 14-year-old Hodgdon teen, missing since Jan. 28, has been located.
Sheriff Shawn Gillen of the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday morning that Hayloe Sherman was located safely in Aroostook County. He declined to specify where the location was as the incident remains under investigation, but did say she was found safe.
Sherman had gone missing on Friday, Jan. 28, while in the Houlton area. Police spent five days searching for the teen.
