Troy Heald, CIC, AINS, Northern Aroostook district manager for F.A. Peabody Insurance is pleased to announce several promotions among the staff in Northern Aroostook County.

First, Diane DuMont has been promoted to the role of Northern Aroostook district supervisor, overseeing staff in Presque Isle, Caribou, and Madawaska. DuMont began working for F.A. Peabody in 2001, in various positions, which has given her a broad understanding of the insurance business and its staffing needs.

She says, “I have been fortunate to work for F.A. Peabody for over 20 years and I am looking forward to the opportunities this new role brings.”

Heald says, “Diane has worked in a supervisory role since late 2019 and has demonstrated a great ability to help oversee staff and operations in our Caribou and Madawaska branches. Adding the Presque Isle operation into her supervisory responsibilities is a natural progression. She will work with the district manager to oversee the service staff in each branch while also continuing to be a valuable commercial lines service agent. Diane always desires to provide the utmost care and a professional level of service to each and every one of the accounts she handles.”

DuMont has a degree in business management from UMPI and lives in Washburn with her husband, Paul, and sons Damien and Isaiah. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her kids play sports, and volunteering at her church.

She can be reached at 207-493-5814 or diane.dumont@fapeabody.com.

Next is Angel Kearly, who has been promoted to personal lines sales producer in Presque Isle. Kearly has worked with the agency since 2006 as a customer service agent and as a renewal/rewrite specialist. These positions gained her the ability to find the best coverages available for the best price for existing customers, and now she will be applying this knowledge to helping new clients.

She says, “I am looking forward to meeting new clients and educating them on insurance and how it works, while protecting their assets.”

“Angel is able to educate clients on the various personal insurance products, advise them on the coverage they should be carrying and why, and appropriately point out any missing coverage from their current policies. Angel’s goal is not only to sell you a policy, but to make sure you are appropriately protected at a price that is reasonable, and that the coverage is with a carrier that will be there when you need them most,” stated Heald.

Kearly enjoys reading, collecting vintage Pyrex dishes, as well as spending time with her two pugs, Oliver and Finnley, and her grandson, Sawyer.

She can be reached at 207-493-5816 or angel.kearly@fapeabody.com.

Lastly, Kelly Wark has been promoted to personal lines senior account manager in Presque Isle. Wark joined F.A. Peabody in 2019 as a customer service agent, and has proven that she can handle the important role of making sure clients are getting their best coverage, with the right carrier, to meet their needs at affordable rates.

She says, “I am looking forward to serving our clients, making sure they have the coverage they need, and continuing to learn and grow in the new role.”

Heald remarks, “We congratulate Kelly on this promotion and are confident she will continue to be a valuable resource to our clients. Kelly has demonstrated not only a knowledge in this role, but also a passion for helping people protect the assets they have. She is pleasant and patient and her clients truly do appreciate working with her and know she has their best interests in mind.”

Wark lives in Washburn with her husband, Ricky, and daughter, Amanda. She loves to spend time with them along with her other children, Andrew, Elizabeth, Samantha, Katie, and Joe. The real apple of her eyes are her grandsons, Colson, Carson, and Grayden, and her granddaughter, who is soon to be born.
