OAKFIELD, Maine – The Katahdin Valley Little League crowned a baseball champ June 25 as the Oakfield Falcons defeated the Patten Pirates, 13-3 for the championship title.
The Pirates advanced to the championship round by defeating the Island Falls Bulldogs.
Team members of the Oakfield Falcons are Trey Boutilier, Porter McCluskey, Thatcher Lawlor, Noah Kennedy, Jaxon Boutilier, Harrison Russell, Malachi Anderson, Brady Malone, Shawn Grass, Connor Lilley, Jakoby Porter, Zachary Lilley, Luke Harthorne, Jonathan Sevcik. The coaches are Clay Lawlor, Mark Lawlor and Carman Lilley.
