CARIBOU, Maine — In an age where suicide and hopelessness are on the rise, and over 236,000 drug and alcohol related deaths occur annually, ex drug-addict and recording artist Allan Scott is reaching out to the addicted and struggling with a message of hope.
Over the course of 2020, in the midst of the uncertainty and chaos sweeping the nation, God gave Allan a desire to create “The Story Tour,” a national touring event specifically for the hurting, struggling, and addicted. This production features the music of Allan Scott Band as well as testimonies and teachings proving that “with Jesus, your story isn’t over.”
The Story Tour visited Caribou in 2021` and a nearly sold out Caribou Performing Arts Center wanted them back again. As a result of the life change begun that night, at least three people are sober today!
Launched in the fall of 2021 The Story Tour has made numerous event stops across the northeast United States. The TST team witnessed an outpouring of God’s spirit which included many salvations, marriages restored, and freedom in the lives of drug addicts. A one-night musical journey, each event features the hope-filled music of Allan Scott Band, pastor and suicide survivor Travis Habbershon, powerful testimonies, times of ministry, and God stories from across the U.S. Stories of freedom from guilt, shame, depression and addiction. Stories of amazing healings and restored marriages. All designed to communicate one idea — with Jesus, your story isn’t over! It’s a powerful and unique experience for those who are hurting, addicted or struggling with their faith. Event locations and ticket information can be found at www.thestorytour.org.
The Story Tour will be back in Caribou at the Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Oct. 8. Show begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Former drug addict, dropout, thief, and loser Allan Scott found hope in his jail cell, calling on God to heal the broken pieces of his life. Allan’s music and testimony of God’s redeeming grace has been featured nationally and internationally on programs like TBN’s “Praise the Lord,” CBN’s “The 700 Club,” “Worship with Andy Chrisman,” and “Focus on the Family.” Allan has ministered alongside artists such as Citizen Way, Building 429, 7eventh Time Down, JJ Weeks Band, and many more.
F&FM operates as the non-profit organization of the music ministry of Allan Scott. As an ex-drug addict and alcoholic, Allan has seen God restore the pieces of his broken life. Allan shares his story of hope and freedom through Christ at ministry events in prisons, drug rehabs, camps and churches across the country using a mix of original music, teaching, testimony, and times of response.
