To the editor:
Nov. 8 is an important date for the future of our country, our state and our communities. Our children are our future and we need to make certain we don’t fail them.
Schools across Maine struggle to provide quality education to their students. RSU 29 is no exception. It Is imperative to properly manage the district and provide direction and support to administration, faculty, and staff.
In order to accomplish those objectives, it is necessary to have a qualified, dedicated school board. You will have many candidates to choose from and hopefully you will do the research to determine the best candidates to serve RSU 29.
Michelle Henderson is such a candidate. She is the mother of two school-age children and a local business owner who cares deeply about the future of RSU 29. She will represent her constituents well and do her best to provide students with a proper quality education.
Before you cast your ballot, get to know Michelle, as well as the other candidates, so you can make an informed choice.
