To the editor:
To the person(s) who bag their dog poo and throw the bag and contents into the tall grass on the woods line: Wrong. The correct method is to pick up droppings, tie the bag off and carry it with you to a proper receptacle to dispose of it.
How do I know this to be true? Because the bags are made of plastic, not burlap.
I weep for the future of humanity.
