Senate President Troy Jackson, D-Allagash, announces plans to hold a town hall on Friday, March 3 at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.
The annual town hall meeting is an opportunity for St. John Valley residents to learn more about legislative priorities, ask questions, share concerns, and provide critical feedback.
Jackson will be joined by legislative leaders, including House Speaker Rachel Talbot Ross of Portland.
The town hall begins at 6 p.m. and will take place at Nadeau Hall on the University of Maine Fort Kent campus.
Jackson plans to offer brief introductory remarks, followed by a quick overview of key legislation before opening the event up to questions from the audience.
