Upper-level and surface low pressure remain nearly stationary over New Brunswick this morning with precipitation circulating around the system. Today remains cloudy with rain over the course of the day. Daytime highs top out in the low 50s with a northeast wind. Rainfall totals in the tenth- to quarter-inch range are expected today. Tonight, cloudy skies with rain will continue along with northeast winds. Overnight lows fall into the middle 40s with a tenth- to quarter-inch rainfall possible.
Rain Thursday morning tapers to showers Thursday afternoon with a high in the middle 50s, northeast winds, and rainfall amounts in the tenth- to quarter-inch range. Rain and drizzle are expected Thursday night with cloudy skies and a low in the mid-40s. Precipitation totals less than a tenth of an inch are anticipated with light northeast winds. Some patchy fog is possible by early Friday morning.
Rain and showers continues with less than one-tenth-inch precipitation expected. Daytime highs reach the upper 50s with light northeast winds. Friday night, the upper-level low finally begins to move east with mostly cloudy skies with rain and drizzle in the evening followed by showers and drizzle overnight with rainfall totals less than a tenth of an inch.

4- to 7-Day Outlook: Saturday, June 10-Tuesday, June 13
A cold front approaches from Ontario pushing the current upper level low eastwards away from the region; however, afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible in association with the front, which moves through Saturday night with showers becoming isolated after midnight.
High pressure builds in with partly cloudy skies across the Saint John Valley Sunday with a chance for afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms driven by daytime heating. Scattered showers are possible Sunday night. Partly cloudy skies continue Monday with scattered afternoon showers possible once more continuing into the overnight hours.
A cut-off low over the Great Lakes early in the week shifts eastward Tuesday bringing a slight chance for isolated showers during the day and a chance for showers by Tuesday evening. A chance for showers continues into Wednesday as the low tracks east across the SJV.
