The caucuses take place every two years and are a unique opportunity to be a part of our grassroots organization. All registered Republicans in Aroostook County are invited to participate in this county-wide event. The general session will include hearing from our candidates at the national, state, county and local level, after which, municipal caucuses will be held.
The purpose of the caucus is to elect delegates and alternates to the State Convention, elect members to the Aroostook County Republican Committee, become an official member of your local Republican municipal committee and organize for the upcoming elections. All Aroostook Republicans are urged to attend this event.
The state convention will be held at the Augusta Civic Center. This is an excellent opportunity for local Republicans to meet and speak with those who are running for office.
