To the editor:
I noticed in Representative Joe Underwood’s newsletter last week that he was promoting the Lewiston-Auburn Balloon Festival. I blithely assumed that this week’s newsletter would highlight the Crown of Maine Balloon Fest, which is going on as I write this letter.
No such luck, although there was a nice little piece about the Windsor Fair (218 miles south of his district).
Precisely who does Mr. Underwood think he represents?
