PRESQUE ISLE: UMPI will host its spring blood drive with the American Red Cross from 12 noon to 5 p.m. in the Campus Center’s multi-purpose room. Sponsored by the Dean of Students’ office, UMPI’s Red Cross Club and Phi Eta Sigma-NHS.

Friday, April 7

PRESQUE ISLE: Opening reception at Wintergreen Arts Center for “CoExist: Meditations on Mother Earth,” abstract art by local artist Lindsay Trombley, 6-8 p.m.

PRESQUE ISLE: UMPI’s Reed Fine Art Gallery will host a reception for the SAGE (Seniors Achieving Greater Education) spring art show, 5-7 p.m., with a gallery talk at 5:30 p.m. The show will be displayed through May 19.

PRESQUE ISLE: UMPI’s Pullen Art Gallery will host the third annual Student Art Competition through April 21. Gallery reception 6-8 p.m., with gallery talk at 6:30.

FORT FAIRFIELD: Club breakfast hosted by the Fort Fairfield Snowmobile Club, 7-10 a.m. at the clubhouse on the Strickland Road. Cost: $7/adults and $4/children under 12. All are welcome.
