Fred Brackett, 43, Blaine: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail and $50 restitution; failure to appear after bailed, 40 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Lori Nichols, 59, Houlton: domestic violence criminal threatening, $500 fine.
Leslie G. Fanjoy, 31, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail; and criminal conspiracy, four years in prison, all but one year suspended, one year probation and $1,730 restitution (first) and 30 days in jail (second).
James Dale Haggart, 31, Crystal: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Michael Morneault, 21, Bangor: assault on an officer (three counts), three years in prison (first) and one year in prison (other counts).
Daniel N. Hiscoe, 43, Littleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
John C. Flannery, Jr., 33, Patten: probation violation, 15 days in jail and probation continued.
Miranda M. McClure, 33, Houlton: criminal trespassing, $100 fine.
James Skirvin, 43, Merrill: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked.
Willis J. Nason, 48, Hodgdon: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, 30 months in prison, all but three months suspended and six years’ probation.
Thomas R. Hammond, 18, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and four days in jail.
Michael C. Bennett, 25, Littleton: criminal mischief, $200 fine; and criminal trespass, unconditional discharge.
Christopher A. Boutin, 57, Houlton: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Crystal G. Maguire, 32, Milford: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine and one year three months 20-day license suspension.
Joshua Brock, 29, Warner Robbins, Ga.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 12 months in prison, $2,500 restitution; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; aggravated criminal mischief, 60 days in prison; OUI (alcohol) – no test, 12 months in prison, 140-day license suspension; and refusing to sign uniform summons complaint, 30 days in prison.
