CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February, 2017.
David L. Sullivan, 55, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, one year in prison; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $600 fine, 12 years in prison, all but four years suspended, three years’ probation.
Keith R. Cyr, 46, Van Buren: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Laura L. Palmer, 57, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Jeston C. Davis, 25, Fort Kent: probation violation, 108 days in jail and probation revoked.
Michael Morneault, 21, Madawaska: probation violation, 355 days in prison and probation revoked.
Jeffrey M. Curtis, 36, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jillian Philbrick, 25, Mapleton: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Jared D. Thompson, 27, Mapleton: probation violation, 16 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Tyler J. Saucier, 30, Fort Kent: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
The following case was heard in District Court at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of February.
Danikka Bean, 25, Perham: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
