PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Drs. Nicholas and Andrea Pesut recently welcomed a new addition to their staff at the Presque Isle Animal Hospital.
“We are very happy to welcome our new associate veterinarian, Dr. Deanna Anderson, to the Presque Isle Animal Hospital,” the local veterinary team said in a press release.
Anderson is a native of Ellsworth. She obtained her bachelor of science degree in animal and veterinary sciences from the University of Maine at Orono in 2011. In 2016, she distinguished herself as a cume laude graduate of the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
A member of both the American and Maine Veterinary Medical Associations, Anderson is employed at the Presque Isle Animal Hospital, where she will join Drs. Nick and Andrea in providing full medical and surgical care to Aroostook County cats and dogs.
Anderson and her husband, Eric, reside in Caribou. They share their home with a dog, Gunner, and a cat named Cash.
