COLCHESTER, VT – Phyllis Irene Sherman, 80, of Vermont, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at McClure Miller VNA Respite House in Colchester, VT.
She was born in Haverhill, NH, on April 4, 1937, the daughter of Napoleon A. Paradie and Ruby N. (Emery) Paradie.
Phyllis married Harry A. Sherman in Woodsville, NH, on April 21, 1956. Harry served in the United State Air Force from 1949 to 1973, so she traveled the world with Harry while raising four boys.
Survivors include her three sons, Harry Sherman of Hinesburg, VT, William and Lori Sherman of St. Albans, VT, and Kenneth and Rattanaporn Sherman of New Delhi, India; six grandchildren, Melissa McCormick, William Sherman Jr., Sarah Sherman, Evan Sherman, Garnteerar Sherman and Nicharwii Sherman; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, David Sherman.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday April 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Phaneuf Funeral Home, 101 Union St., Littleton, NH.
Burial will be on a later date in Grove Hill Cemetery in Lisbon, NH.
