CARIBOU, Maine — The Fred V. Brescia Council No. 1870 Knights of Columbus mark their official anniversary Wednesday, April 26, and will celebrate Saturday, April 29, with a special Mass.
Caribou’s K of C was organized April 26, 1917, and invite all Aroostook County Knights and the community to celebrate with them during a special Mass Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Caribou.
The council also invites descendants of past Knights from 1955 as listed on the Supreme Council, including: Edward Albair, John Ayotte, Albert Barone, Scanlan Barrette, Michael Barrette, Solomon Belanger, Edmond Bouchard, Edward Bouchard, Euclid Bouchard, Joseph Bouchard, Thomas Bouchard, John Campbell, Jerry Cyr, Anthony Disy, Charley Hackett, Leo Haley, Lyman Haney, Alexander Marr, Thomas Martin, Maurice McInnes, John McNamara, Stephen McNeil, Michael O’Regan, Fred Parady, John Pearce, Joseph Raymond, Frank Sirois, Eugene Theriault, Guy Theriault, Frank Thompson, Mitchel Trusty, Odon Upham, Napoleon Levasseur, Joseph Wakem and Miley Wakem.
