Fort Kent is at Presque Isle, LCS/MSSM is at Central Aroostook and Hodgdon is at Katahdin in baseball and softball games scheduled for this afternoon, all beginning at 4 p.m.

Track and field teams will get in a meet this afternoon at Caribou, also beginning at 4 p.m. Fort Fairfield, Fort Kent, Washburn, MSSM and Presque Isle are the other teams expected to compete.

It was a quiet day on the baseball and softball diamonds as two games (Fort Kent at Fort Fairfield and Washburn at LCS/MSSM) were postponed due to the rain, but games were played in Mars Hill, Lee Academy and East Grand.

The Central Aroostook Panthers hosted Madawaska Monday, with the Panther baseball team coming out on top for its first victory after an 0-2 start. The Owl softball team also won decisively, sending the Panthers to their third consecutive loss to begin the season.
