Bruce Folsom, left, past historian of Monument Lodge is presented a certificate from the Grand Lodge of Maine by Lodge Master David Rairdon for having written the Fifth Best Lodge History for 2016.
The top five Histories of the 182 Masonic Lodges in Maine are also recognized. Folsom received the same placement award five years ago.
