MAPLETON, Maine — Gena E. Madore, 57, passed away May 30, 2017, at Boston. She was born in Caribou, June 16, 1959, the daughter of the late Ambrose and Vivian (Hewitt) Bubar.
Gena married Denis Madore, August 1, 1992. She was employed as a CNA at the Presque Isle Nursing Home, TAMC, and more recently at Care and Comfort of Aroostook.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, Denis of Mapleton, is one son, Gene Martin of Mapleton; five sisters, Donna Woodard of TX, Barbara Doak, Virginia Hebert, Wilma Long, and Eva Henthorne, all of Washburn; two grandchildren, Evan and Colby Martin; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Madore was predeceased by a brother, John Hewitt; and a niece, Lori Doak.
