    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January, 2010. 

    Bobi Sue Elwell, 24, Buxton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Charles R. Flint, 56, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, six months in jail and nine-month license suspension; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, four years in prison all but eight months suspended, two years’ probation; reckless conduct, eight months in jail and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
    Jason T. Francisco, 32, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 90 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of oxycodone, forfeiture; criminal forfeiture of property (two counts), $400 fine and 36 months in prison (first) and forfeiture (second); aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, 10 years in prison all but four years suspended and three years’ probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine and 36 months in prison.
    Mark Gervais, 42, St. David: violating protective order, three days in jail.
    James R. Gorey, 58, Hamlin: burning prohibited material, filed on $100 costs.
    Daniel L. Grondin, 43, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Misty R. Hafford, 26, Chapman: OUI, two priors, dismissed.
    Kari M. Howe, 22, Washburn: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Arthur F. Jipson, 55, Presque Isle: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, $200 fine.
    Brian T. Keenan, 31, Limestone: theft by deception, priors, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,622.36 restitution; misuse of identification, six months in jail and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
    David S. Kotsikoros, 26, Presque Isle: endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
    Travis G. Leavitt, 36, Limestone: assault, $500 fine and five days in jail.
    Joshua Lewin, 26, Ashland: violating protective order, 15 days in jail, domestic violence terrorizing, 120 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $431.26 restitution; criminal mischief (two counts) 15 days in jail (each).
    Garnet Madden, 20, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
