GRAND JURY
CARIBOU – The Aroostook County grand jury completed its March 2010 session returning 61 indictments against 59 different persons. Among those indicted were:
John A. Johnston, 43, Caribou: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Heidi R. Ayotte, 24, Presque Isle: criminal OUI.
Russell Pinkham, 46, Boothbay: criminal OUI.
Robert L. Garrett, Jr., 30, Presque Isle: burglary, stealing drugs and theft.
Travis J. Theriault, 20, Madawaska: aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), theft (two counts) and burglary (two counts).
Casey Daniel Ruest, 19, Madawaska: aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), theft (two counts) and burglary (two counts).
Dana G. Farley, 40, Caribou: possession of a firearm by a felon.
Logan C. Scott, 19, Caribou: domestic violence terrorizing and criminal threatening.
Wayne A. Wilbur, 52, Caribou: burglary.
Gary D. Smith, 53, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and violation of condition of release.
Joshua A. Martin, 22, Connor TWP: burglary, terrorizing and violation of condition of release.
Steve R. Boucher, 48, Sinclair: theft and forgery.
Williman S. Tucker, 20, Washburn: criminal threatening and reckless conduct.
Scott Leavitt, 47, Fort Fairfield: possession of firearm by prohibited person, unsworn falsification and fraudulent obtaining license or permit.
Dennis J. White, 48, Connor TWP: aggravated forgery (two counts).
Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 39, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening.
Paul T. Nichols, 41, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Willie N. York, 28, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
