Grand Jury
CARIBOU – The Aroostook County grand jury completed its March 2010 session returning 61 indictments against 59 different persons. Among those indicted were:
Gregory C. Adams, Sr., 48, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Julie R. Faria, aka Julie Rediker, 37, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Sarah Wright, 24, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts) and violation of condition of release.
Stephen W. Rediker, 30, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal threatening.
Joshua J. Guerrette, 23, Easton: burglary (two counts), theft (two counts) and criminal mischief.
Chris P. Stevens, 36, Stacyville: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of condition of release.
David L. Bechard, 30, Millinocket: burglary (six counts), theft (five counts) and criminal mischief (six counts).
James R. Willis, 34, Millinocket: burglary (six counts), theft (five counts) and criminal mischief (six counts).
Skylar M. Case, 18, Houlton: burglary and theft.
Jessie A. Case, 24, Blaine: burglary and theft.
Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 22, Presque Isle: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
David L. Izzo, 26, Houlton: operating after revocation.
Ronald L. Lycette, 50, Amity: theft by deception.
Joseph R. Nason, 33, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Richard A. Parady, Jr., 37, Fort Fairfield: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and operation after suspension.
Chester J. Scott, 20, Houlton: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Donald F. Joseph, 42, Houlton: trafficking in prison contraband.
