The parade will take place on Saturday, July 8. To be in the parade, call Nicole at 227-5073. Catholic Charities donations will be accepted during the parade. Bring nonperishable food items to the parade and the food pantry representatives will collect along the route.

QUITE A TURKEY — Eleven-year-old Trey Brewer had a successful spring turkey hunt, tagging two birds. His first was 22 pounds, with a 6-inch beard and 7/8-inch spurs. The second was 20 pounds with a 9-inch beard and 3/4-inch spurs. His dad, Jason Brewer, accompanied him on his hunts. (Contributed photo)
