PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Michael Raymond Brown, 40, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017. He was born February 18, 1977, in Presque Isle, the son of Ray and Goldie (Laing) Brown.
Michael was a graduate of Fort Fairfield High School class of 1995. He worked as a construction worker at first for Reno Guerrette and then many others over the years. He will be remembered as a kind, hard working, and caring man. He is survived by his five children, parents Ray and Goldie (Laing) Brown of Presque Isle, a sister Colleen Brown and her husband D.J. Burby and their children Riley, Harley Ann, Gage, and Logan all of Presque Isle, his significant other Crystal Desmond and her children Caleb and Alek all of Presque Isle, his paternal grandfather Benjamin Brown of Limestone. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, David and Gerry Laing, and paternal grandmother Florence Brown, as well as a niece Heidi Simon. A graveside service will be conducted 10am Saturday July 8, 2017 at Marshall Cemetery, Westfield, with Pastor David Sylvain officiating.
