OAKFIELD, Maine — After responding to a noise complaint at a private residence on Thompson Settlement Road early Saturday morning, the Maine State Police summoned one Oakfield man on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume or possess liquor and arrested another on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Shortly before 1 a.m. state troopers responded to a party at the residence of Joshua Chambers, 23, where they determined there were underage teenagers who had been drinking alcohol.\
Police also charged Jonathan Tanner, 25, with disorderly conduct.Tanner was subsequently transported to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.
Both men are scheduled to appear in Houlton District court on Sept 19.
