HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of April.
Jennifer Lynn McGary, 38, Houlton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
Galen E. Wilde, 74, Houlton: failing to maintain precious metals records, filed on $200 costs.
Joseph G. Fitzpatrick, 35, Houlton: operating under the influence (drugs or combo), 1 prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, three-year license suspension and violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
Beth A. Grant, 37, Orient: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked.
Edward Tulis, 57, Eastport: OUI (alcohol), 2 priors, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, license suspension, six-year registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, 30 days in jail and one-year license suspension.
Zachorey Crawford, 26, Bangor: fish without valid license, $100 fine.
Chester Scott, 27, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in prison.
Steven Wardwell, 40, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail all but seven days suspended, two years’ probation.
Michael J. Rich, 28, Haynesville: fish without valid license, $100 fine.
Steven James Gonya, 31, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 12 months in prison and $30.28 restitution.
Joseph G. Fitzpatrick, 35, Houlton: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 72 hours in jail.
Chester Scott, 27, Littleton: violating protection from abuse order, 60 days in jail; eluding an officer, four years in prison all but one year suspended, two years’ probation.
Edward Heath, 56, Oakfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Micah G. Lawlor, 41, Merrill: unlawful possession methamphetamine, priors, $400 fine, one year in prison all suspended, one-year probation.
Kevin P. Nelson II, 35, Oakfield: illegal possession of firearm, one year in prison all suspended, one-year probation.
Chester Scott, 27, Littleton: domestic violence assaults, priors DV, six months in prison; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Brooks Brewer, 35, Mars Hill: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, four years in prison all but five months suspended, three-years’ probation.
Gregory Burke, 26, Houlton: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $296 restitution.
Nicholas Merritt, 20, Linneus: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Shawn S. Lamoreau, 42, Bowdoinham: operating snowmobile under influence over 21, $400 fine.
Dennis M. Daly, 40, Houlton: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Bobbie J. Conrad, 41, Island Falls: criminal trespass, $200 fine, 24 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
