Samual M. Mathers, 30, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended, three years’ registration suspension; failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail.
Joseph Haley, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in prison all but 271 days suspended, two years’ probation, $520 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 271 days in prison.
Lindsay Porter, 30, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Herbert M. Adams, 58, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, $1,200 restitution.
Eric W. Dobbins, 37, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 10 days in prison all but 50 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Ashley M. Theriault, 32, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation 2 prior, $1,000 fine, nine months one day in prison; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail (two counts); failing to stop for officer, 90 days in jail, $931.49 restitution; operate meth laboratory, four years in prison.

Ashley M. Theriault, 32, Presque Isle: operate meth laboratory using motor vehicle, 10 years in prison all but one year suspended, three years’ probation, $931.49 restitution; violating condition of release, 120 days in jail.
Chelsey Webb, 29, Fort Fairfield: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $300 fine, 30-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
