Winnie’s Restaurant and Dairy Bar celebrated its grand opening

Winnie’s Restaurant and Dairy Bar in Presque Isle celebrated its grand opening under new ownership Thursday, July 13. Located on Parsons Street, the eatery features a remodeled building and newly constructed, covered outdoor seating area.
