Gloria Cote Genzale left her earthly home on June 18, 2010, to officially become the guardian angel she so often was to the people she loved. Gloria was born in Presque Isle, Maine on September 19, 1935, to Velma Wilcox and Donald Cote. She resided with her devoted husband, Daniel, in Massapequa, Long Island, New York, when she peacefully concluded her journey.
Gloria and Daniel Genzale were married September 23, 1957, and spent 53 wonderful years together. Gloria could be found quite frequently on the golf course, where few could compete with the amount of tournament trophies she won. Gloria was known for her skills as a decorator, cook, and gardener. However, Gloria’s true calling was her role as a wife, home maker, and mother, which was never limited to just her home or her family. Her gifts and passions were felt by all.
