Garnet A. Estey, 27, Mars Hill: possessing sexually explicit material, 30 days in jail.
Joshua J. Merriam, 29, Waterville: theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, 15 months in prison.
Nathan Walters, 41, Presque Isle: assault, filed on $100 costs.
Joseph R. Oldenburg, 21, Presque Isle: threatening display of weapon, $750 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
William Knowles, 19, Chapman: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed on $500 costs.
Brent Zetterman, 43, Connor Twp.: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, eight months in jail; attaching false plates, $200 fine.
Kenneth D. Leonard, Jr., 47, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, 2 priors, $1,000 fine, 18 months in prison all but nine months 1 day suspended, one-year probation; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, 60-day license suspension; failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail.
David P. Franz, 34, Fort Fairfield: criminal conspiracy, three years in prison all but nine months 1 day suspended, two years’ probation.
Cody S. Ayotte, 33, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail.
James R. Dumond, 37, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine; operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
Wendy M. Peaslee, 39, Bridgewater: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
