Tipsey is a 13-year-old resident of Halfway Home Pet Rescue. She has a mild form of arthritis, which means that her back will sometimes give her pain and she needs to have her back supported when you pick her up for cuddling. Throughout August, all cats over 7 years have a $10 adoption fee. These cats have all come from good loving homes that have had to give them up due to illness, allergies, moving, etc. All their medical work is completed/updated and they are anxious to feel like a member of a family.
