PORTLAND — Dead River Company, one of the largest distributors of petroleum products in northern New England, recently launched its new website, www.deadriver.com. The new site was developed to provide expanded online services for customers, make it easier for them to use and actively engage them. Additionally, the site will offer expertise and advice on how customers can improve energy efficiency to save money.
“We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and wanted to improve the online experience for our customers and make it easier for them to access information,” said Deanna Sherman, vice president, petroleum. “The new website provides our customers greater flexibility and a better opportunity to actively communicate with us, and we hope it will become a trusted resource for them as they navigate their energy decisions.”
A new online tool is featured on the website which allows customers to schedule service and request a delivery. Individuals wishing to become a Dead River Company customer can now start an account online.
