Haines is the obvious choice

Integrity. Honesty. Dedicated. Hard working. These are all characteristics I look for when deciding who to support in an election. Troy Haines embodies each of these characteristics. As a small business owner, an advocate for affordable health insurance, or a fighter for working families, Troy understands that times are tough. How do we balance a budget? How can we afford our health insurance costs? How can I support my family if I haven’t had a job in six months? These are issues that Troy is passionate about and I have witnessed his expertise firsthand.
I’m a Republican. I worked for both Sen. Collins and Sen. Snowe in their D.C. offices. While Troy and I disagree on some issues, I’ve always found him to be a man of his word, someone who would work tirelessly on behalf of his constituents, and a person that could cross party aisles in order to get things done.
The only complaint I can levy against Troy is that he doesn’t live in my district, and thus I can’t cast my vote for him. If I were in District 7 though, you can guarantee that this Republican would be voting Troy Haines for State Representative.
