Library hosts passport info session

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Mark & Emily Turner Memorial Library in Presque Isle will host a free presentation on “Applying for a Passport – The How To’s and the FAQ’s” on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 6 p.m.

The session will be held in the gallery on the first floor of the library. Passport agents Erin Barlow and Tim Scheidler will explain the application process and answer audience questions.

Anyone interested in international travel or concerned about flying within the United States after January 2018 (when a Maine license will no longer be accepted as a valid ID) should attend.
