Gregory C. Adams, 49, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), three days in jail (first), $500 fine and five days in jail (second); operating under the influence, $600 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, $550 fine.

Shannon M. Byrd, 40, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail and 60 hours’ community service.
Douglas C. Capell, 37, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $500 fine, 60 days in jail, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation.
