PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Michael Wayne Rodgers, 57, was born November 28, 1959, in Great Falls, Montana, the son of Carlos Rodgers, Sr. and Eileen Rodgers.
He grew up in Presque Isle, ME, and married his childhood sweetheart, Lorri McHugh. Mike began his career in the supermarket industry with Hannaford Bros. in 1985. Mike continued with Hannaford Bros. until 2014. He was currently employed with The Fresh Market as a Regional Operations Manager. Mike was an extremely hard worker and known for his incredible work ethic. He was a caring, genuine, loyal, honest, and loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He loved the Red Sox and Patriots second only to his family. Mike’s favorite past times were watching games with his family, going to his sons shows, and playing cribbage. Mike is survived by his loving wife Lorri McHugh Rodgers, his son Kristofer Rodgers and partner Lauren MacLean, and daughter Taylor Rodgers and fiancé Bjorn Hjelmeland, and beloved dog Cooper; his brother Carlos Rodgers Jr., wife Donna Rodgers, and daughters Carley and Cassie Rodgers. He was predeceased by his parents Carlos Rodgers, Sr. and Eileen Rodgers.
