To the editor:
As Thanksgiving Day rapidly approaches to remind us to have and to spread a healthy attitude of gratitude, I would like to hereby thank the doctors, nurses and office workers of The Aroostook Medical Center’s day surgery unit for their heartfelt, innumerable smiles, kind words and skilled services in the intricate removal of a cancer in my ear.
Thanks also to the taxpayers for making this expensive skin grafting procedure possible through Medicare and MaineCare. Finally, much thanks to the Star-Herald if you’ll spread this note of thanks.
