CARIBOU, Maine – Geraldine I. Saucier, 74, died on December 24, 2017, at Bangor, with her family by her side. She was born in Caribou on June 23, 1943, the daughter of Levi and Germaine (Gagnon) Michaud Sr.
Geraldine was employed in several occupations during her life. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She married Gerald Saucier in May of 1965 and was a loving a devoted wife and mother.
Surviving in addition to her husband of over 52 years, Gerald of Caribou, are her mother, Germaine, of Caribou; her four children, Wayne Saucier of Arundel, Jeffery Saucier of Hampton, Mark Saucier of Springvale, and Lori Saucier of Lyman; a brother, Gerald Michaud of Caribou, and a sister, Gale Donovan of Sanford; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Saucier was predeceased by her father, Levi Michaud Sr., a brother, Levi Michaud, and two grandchildren, Sierra and Taylor Saucier.
Friends visited with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017, until time of services. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. from the funeral home. Interment will be in the Lyndon Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
