LINDA LOU PARADIS, RICHLANDS, NC – Linda Lou Paradis, 69, of Richlands, NC, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville, NC, with Reverend Virgil Dwyer, Jr. and Reverend Russell Tyndall officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park, Jacksonville.
Linda was born in Houlton, Maine, and was the daughter of the late Ira and Charlotte McLean. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ralph Saunders; two sisters, Iris McKiver and Marjorie Grant; one brother, Fred McLean. Linda was a homemaker, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, all she did well.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Willard Paradis of the home; one daughter, Charlotte Paradis and husband, Allen, of Jacksonville, NC; two sons, Wayne Bishop of Richlands, NC, and Rodney Bishop of Presque Isle, ME; two brothers, Floyd McLean and wife, Rena of Middletown, CT, and Gary McLean and wife, Carol of Houlton, ME; four sisters, Lois Sylvia of Hodgdon, ME, Joan Osowiecki of Delmar, MD, Paulette Billings and husband Royce of Ridgewater, ME and Doris Ingram of Houlton, ME; a special sister Vicki Fredrick; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family received friends on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, from 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
