HOULTON, Maine – During a brisk meeting on Tuesday evening, town councilors reappointed all municipal department heads to their respective posts.

During the meeting, Town Manager William MacDonald also was named both emergency management director and town representative to the Northern Maine Development Commission.
Councilors quickly recommissioned Nancy Ketch as community development director and Kevin Tingley as code enforcement officer.
