BURLINGTON, Vermont — Two local students earned recognition from Champlain College for the fall 2017 semester.
Gwenyth Ortman of Mapleton was named to the President’s List. Students on this list must have achieved a semester grade point average of 4.0 or higher.
Shaye McHatten, also of Mapleton, ME, was named to the Dean’s List, for which students must have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the semester. McHatten is majoring in early childhood/elementary education.
