PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Starting Feb. 6, New Ventures Maine will offer Building Confidence, a free three-week class to help participants assess and build their confidence.

Suzanne Senechal-Jandreau, trainer for the class, said, “Self-confidence is important in every aspect of our lives, yet many of us struggle to find and maintain it.  The good news is that self-confidence can be improved.  If you are in the market for a job, starting a job, starting a business or in a place of life transition and want to be more self-confident, this class may be a good place to start.”

The class will be held Tuesday evenings, Feb. 6, 13 and 20, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.

For more information or to register for the class, contact Senechal-Jandreau at New Ventures Maine at 768-9635 or senechal@maine.edu, or register online at bit.ly/classesnvme.
