BANGOR, Maine – Democratic Candidate for Maine Governor Sean Faircloth announced today that his campaign has hired Devine Mulvey Longabaugh onto his campaign leadership team.
Devine Mulvey Longabaugh were chief strategists and media consultants for Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign for President in 2016. Faircloth, who previously served as Mayor of Bangor, State Senator, and House Majority Whip, is running for governor as a clean elections candidate.
“As governor I want to put more money in the pockets of average Mainers,” Faircloth said. “I’m glad to have Devine Mulvey Longabaugh involved in our campaign because they are highly skilled and share our focus on results for Maine people. Their involvement demonstrates the momentum our campaign is experiencing.”
“There’s a new champion for working Mainers in the Governor’s race and that champion is Sean Faircloth. In the Maine Legislature and as Mayor of Bangor, Sean brought new ideas and energy to the table, and he got results. He’ll do the same for the state. Sean Faircloth can be the progressive leader Maine needs and we’re excited to be a part of his campaign,” said Tad Devine.
